Your Instagram **appointment-setting desk**.

## Sync behavior

**Sync** (owners) pulls the latest Instagram conversations from Meta into OnSet.

* Use Sync after you first [connect Instagram](/owners/connect-instagram), and whenever the list looks stale
* Sync imports threads and messages into your workspace database; it does not send replies by itself
* Setters see only **assigned** leads after Sync — they do not run Sync
* New inbound DMs can also arrive via Meta webhooks when configured; Sync is still the reliable way to catch up

## Actions

| Action          | When                                      |

| **Reply**       | You take the conversation                 |
| **Qualify**     | They’re ready to book a call              |
| **Pin**         | VIP / hot — don’t lose them               |
| **Hand to AI**  | Put automated appointment setting back on |
| **Takeover**    | Pause AI — human speaking                 |
| **Mark booked** | Call is on the calendar                   |
