> Invite setters and auto-assign new Instagram DMs.

# Build your setter team

One Instagram. Many **appointment setters**. Every lead stays owned so two people never work the same chat.

## Invite a setter

1. Open **Team Workspace**
2. Add name, login email, password
3. Set weight % (higher = more new DMs on weighted assign)
4. Share login details securely

They open the app → **Setter** tab → email/password.

## Auto-assign new DMs

Turn on auto-assign so new Instagram conversations don’t sit unowned.

| Mode            | Best for                        |
| --------------- | ------------------------------- |
| **Weighted**    | Senior setters take more volume |
| **Round-robin** | Fair split across the team      |
