## Morning

1. **My Pipeline** — who’s in CTA / Objection / Follow-up?
2. **My Inbox** → Priority / Needs you
3. Clear anything waiting on you

## On every lead

1. Why did they DM?
2. One qualifying question asked?
3. Ready for the booking link, or still warming?
4. Should AI nurture while you focus on hot leads?

Use **Qualify**, **Pin**, and **Mark booked**.

## Handing off to AI

Slammed? **Hand to AI** on warm leads that aren’t hot.

## End of day

* No “Needs you” left unread
* Booked calls marked
* Last reply leaves context for tomorrow
