## No login popup?

OnSet Digital uses a full **login page**. Open `/login`, or **Log out** from the sidebar.

## Stuck as setter / can’t see Settings?

Wrong tab. Log out → **Owner** → business account.

## Connect with Meta failed?

Check that Instagram is a **Professional** account linked to a Facebook Page you admin. Try **Connect with Meta** again in Settings. If it still fails, contact OnSet support.

## AI isn’t setting / replying?

Automation or Away Mode on? OpenAI key added in Settings if required? Lead excluded? Tagged **hot**? Last message from the lead?

## Inbox looks empty after connect?

Owners: open **Inbox → Sync** to pull conversations. Setters only see assigned leads.

## How do I get Pro?

Pay with the **Payment Link** OnSet sends you, using the **same email** as your OnSet account. There is no in-app Subscribe. See [Billing & plans](/owners/billing).

## Setter can’t see a lead?

Not assigned. Owner: Control Center → Assign setter.

## Still stuck?

Contact OnSet support or your OnSet contact — you don’t need to run servers or edit config files.
