Billing & plans

OnSet Digital is hosted for you. You do not create Stripe products, webhooks, or API keys. New workspaces start on Free. Pro unlocks when you pay with the Stripe Payment Link OnSet provides — use the same email as your OnSet account. There is no in-app Subscribe button. You pay via the link you receive; the app shows plan status after payment.

In the app

Open Billing (owners):
  • Current plan / status (Free or Pro)
  • For Pro: billing period, Renews on date, or Access until if canceling
  • How Pro unlocks (Payment Link + matching email)
  • Manage subscription → Stripe Customer Portal (after you’ve paid)
  • Cancel or keep the subscription when one is active
Pro unlocks the full appointment-setting stack: team, analytics, and automation your setters rely on.

How to get Pro

  1. Sign up (or log in) at app.onsetdigital.co.uk with your business email
  2. Open the Payment Link OnSet sends you (or that your OnSet contact shares)
  3. Pay with that same email
  4. Refresh Billing — you should see Pro
