Sync behavior

Sync (owners) pulls the latest Instagram conversations from Meta into OnSet.

Use Sync after you first connect Instagram, and whenever the list looks stale
Sync imports threads and messages into your workspace database; it does not send replies by itself
Setters see only assigned leads after Sync — they do not run Sync
New inbound DMs can also arrive via Meta webhooks when configured; Sync is still the reliable way to catch up
